We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer with extensive experience in installing Heat Pump systems. The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for installations and retrofits of both ducted and ductless residential heat pump systems, as well as occasional furnace replacements, and other HVAC installations. In this role you will work closely with our HVAC Supervisor and other installers. You will oversee at least one apprentice.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience installing residential heat pump systems
- Valid CO Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer interface
- Process-oriented
- Commute/relocate to Boulder, CO. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
Preferred Requirements
- EPA Type II or Universal License
- NATE certification
- 2+ years experience tinning/Sheet metal work
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly at $35-$45 per hr, depending on experience and licenses held
+ quarterly profit sharing + 4% 401K match + $450/mo in healthcare benefit coverage + $50/mo cell phone stipend
Paid Time Off
● Year 1: two weeks
● Year 2: three weeks
● Year 3+: four weeks
