Solar Installation

- You’ll receive 30% back on your system, including ke the labor to install them and the fees for permitting, inspection, and development.
- The credit is applied retroactively, for projects completed between January 1, 2022. It is available through 2032

Battery Storage

Heat Pumps
30% off, up to $2,000
- You’ll receive 30% back, up to $2,000 on energy efficient air heat pumps and heat pump water heaters.
- The credit is applied to completed projects beginning January 1, 2023. It is available through 2032
- Benefit renews annually
- Improvements to residential homes qualify. If you’re a renter or living in a multifamily building, you qualify too.
Electric Panel Upgrade
30% off, up to $600
- You’ll receive 30% back, up to $600 on the panel and installation
- The credit is applied to completed projects beginning January 1, 2023. It is available through 2032
- Must be installed in a manner consistent with the National Electric Code, load capacity no less than 200 amps, and installed in conjunction with qualified energy efficiency improvements
- Must be an existing primary residence. New construction does not qualify
Weatherization
30% off, up to $1,200
- You’ll receive 30% back, up to $1,200 on weatherization project costs
- The credit is applied to completed projects beginning January 1, 2023. It is available through 2032
- Benefit renews annually
Electric Vehicles (EV's)
$4,000 to $7,500
- New EV – $7,500 credit
- Used EV – $4,000 credit

- You will receive the tax credit regardless of your tax liability
EV Charger
30%, up to $1000
- The tax credit applies to the charger itself and any labor or other costs associated with the installation
- The credit is applied to completed projects beginning January 1, 2023. It is available through 2032
- Only chargers installed at your primary residence qualify for this tax credit.
