The Project Manager will manage the pre-installation workflow of residential solar & HVAC projects. This involves keeping close tabs on project status, communicating with customers, and coordinating project needs like permit submittals, special parts orders, inspections, invoices, scheduling, rebate applications, etc. The Project Manager owns the success of a project from the time its sold to the customer to its start of installation.

The Project Manager should be highly organized, have an excellent customer interface, be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, be digitally savvy, and feel comfortable problem-solving in ambiguous situations. Prior experience in the trades and solar specifically is a plus. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Manage the overall pre-installation project needs, including submitting for permits, coordinating with utilities, issuing invoices, and scheduling inspections
  • Prior experience using Salesforce and Google Sheets are a plus
  • Typical Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with flexibility
  • Office attendance: Flexibility to work from home for part of the week

Related Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Experience in the trades is a must; experience in solar is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Pay and Benefits

Compensation:

$50,000-$75,000 + Profit Sharing + 4% 401K match + $425/month for Healthcare Benefits
